Refund Policy
Overview
This policy outlines LSM's commitment to fair and transparent refund procedures for all our learning programs, including one-on-one mentorship, self-paced courses, and live bootcamps.
Cooling-Off Period
Students have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrollment to request a full refund, provided they haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than one live session.
Course Cancellation
If LSM cancels a course before commencement, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, processed within 5-7 business days.
Live Bootcamps
Cancellation terms for bootcamps depend on timing:

100% refund: 14+ days before start

50% refund: 7-13 days before start

No refund: Less than 7 days before start
1:1 Mentorship
Unused mentorship hours are refundable with a 15% administrative fee. Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for refund.
Certification Fees
Certification examination fees are non-refundable once the exam has been attempted. Unused exam attempts may be refunded with a processing fee.
Technical Issues
Refunds may be issued if technical problems on LSM's end significantly impact course access or completion. Each case is reviewed individually.

Payment Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days.
Special Circumstances
We consider refund requests outside standard policy for:

Currency Exchange
Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment. LSM is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Disputes
Refund disputes are handled through our support team and may be escalated to management if needed. All decisions are final after management review.
